Due to international conflicts and COVID, shipping to the following countries is not possible at this time: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Haiti, Gaza Strip, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Niue, Russia, Sudan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen.
How long do packages take to ship?
I try to ship packages asap! Please allow me one week to ship your package, from there it is up to the lovely postal service employees to get the package to you.
Generally, domestic (USA) packages should take 1 week to arrive. International (outside of USA) packages may take 1-4 weeks to arrive.
What will my order arrive in?
I ship charms in small bubble polymailers! Stickers are shipped in envelopes, unless you have ordered something in addition, in which case it will also be sent in the polymailer!
Polymailers will have tracking numbers, while envelopes will not.
What if my order is damaged?
Please contact me via direct message on social media if you receive a damaged product! Please provide photo evidence and from there I can try to provide a solution (replacement, refund, etc).
What if my order is missing?
Once an order has been shipped, it is up to the post office to get it to you so it is out of my hands. If a package is taking a suspiciously long time to arrive, I suggest checking your tracking number online or with your post office to locate your package.

What should I do if I have a preferred name?
I suggest using your legal name/deadname when ordering to make sure your package arrives to the right place! If you have a preferred name, type it in the notes of your order so I can write your preferred name into the thank you note :^)

Yes! I take commissions through VGen.
